How much will the
advice cost?
We do not charge for an initial meeting to discuss your circumstances and how we might be able to assist, so you can talk to an expert without any commitment.
To submit and administer a standard mortgage application, we charge between nil and a maximum fee of up to £495 (no VAT payable), depending on the size of the loan and/or complexity of the case.
To submit and administer a lifetime mortgage application, we charge a maximum fee of up to £495 (no VAT payable).
Protection applications pay a commission to intermediaries and thus we do not charge fees for this type of business.
Can you advise on all lenders and protection providers in the market?
We have access to a wide range of products from High Street lenders and other specialist products not available direct. If there is a better product available to you that cannot be accessed through an intermediary - we will tell you about it, so you can be confident that you are getting the most suitable deal for your circumstances.
As we are members of a large mortgage network, we have access to exclusive deals and lenders that other brokers do not - a big advantage to our clients. Many advisers do not have access to major lenders such as TSB, Bank of Ireland, HSBC and The Post Office, but rest assured we do!

Do we need to meet face to face?
Not necessarily, but this will depend on your requirements and the type of business we transact for you. We have the facility to deal face-to face, either in our office or a place to suit you, via telephone or even video calls if you wish!
We use a client management system that can communicate and correspond with our clients digitally for both ease of administration and to save you time and paperwork!
